Michael graduated from his Interventional Cardiology fellowship tonight. The last in a long string of graduations, and I do mean the LAST. I don't think either of us really believe it yet, but he is really and truly done with training. I am so proud of him - over and over it was said of him and to him tonight how bright and inspiring and otherwise fabulous he was as a doctor and teacher of medicine. Made me happy that he is going into this job that is part academic, part private practice. Such a great mix for him. Below, the happy grad....and me.
